The University of Chicago Med-Peds program has over 90 graduates. Half of our graduates have pursued fellowships in a variety of Medicine and Pediatrics subspecialties at top programs across the country and half have remained in general Medicine/Pediatrics. Among the generalists, there are hospitalists, primary care physicians, public health physicians, and academic generalists. Most of our graduates, both subspecialists and generalists, have academic appointments, five have become residency Program Directors, and two have become Vice-Chairs of departments. Many are funded investigators. Some of our graduates have pursued degrees in business administration and health policy.
